Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for any lost or delayed orders.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Shred N Ride will not be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses as a result of a customer supplying the incorrect details or address. Please be sure to choose a secure delivery address, Shred N Ride will not take responsibility for any missing or the theft of items after delivery.
