Returns and Refund Policy

At Shred N Ride, we want you to be stoked with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item/s is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with tags attached
• In the original packaging

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
